Personal Data Protection Information (PDPI)
This Information Text has been prepared by Arveen Medikal (“Company” or “Data Controller”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, with whom it may be shared, the method of collection and legal reason, and your rights under KVKK (Personal Data Protection Information PDPI)

The following personal data may be collected and processed by you or about you:

- To institutions that cooperate in the provision of health services
4. Personal Data Collection Methods and Legal Reasons
Your personal data can be collected directly from you or relevant third parties verbally, in writing, electronically (e-mail, website, telephone, physical forms, call center, etc.).
In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:
- Your explicit consent,
- It is clearly provided for in the laws,
- It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
- The data controller fulfills its legal obligation,
- There is a life-threatening situation,
- Your health data is processed by persons under the obligation of confidentiality for the purpose of protecting public health, providing medical diagnosis, treatment and care services.
5. Your Rights Under the KVKK
According to Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to Arveen Medikal and exercise your following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information about it if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing the data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- To request deletion or elimination within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
- To request notification of correction, deletion or elimination to third parties,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To request compensation for the damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful data processing.
